Hello Mike in Tiburon FREE SHIPPING - TAX FREE Just when you thought you'd seen every vintage Kramer in the universe, here is the Kramer CK-110 Orange Tatsuya, the third time our shop, TommyGuitars.com, has had this model in stock over the years.
Kramer Japan/ESP made this solid body guitar in the late '80s, and it is the signature model of famed Japanese guitarist Tatsuya. This guitar was only sold in the domestic Japanese market and not exported abroad. The guitar is in good condition with a straight neck with minimal wear and is made of solid maple in a reverse Strat headstock configuration. It has a few blemishes that don’t detract from the instrument's beauty; see pics. On the back of the headstock holds a Floyd Rose Allen wrench holder. All hardware is in gold.
Featured are a Floyd Rose Original Tremolo System in gold, Seymour Duncan 59 in the neck, and JB humbucker in the bridge, Gotoh sealed tuners, volume control, and a 3-way pickup selector toggle switch. The locking nut is a Floyd Rose R2. The wiring in this guitar is that when the volume push-pull knob is down, the two humbuckers are engaged; when it is pulled up, the middle single coil alone is engaged. The gold pickup rings on the neck and bridge humbuckers have been added to the guitar.
For the Kramer Kollector, who has every model in the Kramer Kosmos, the Tatsuya Orange CK-110 stands at the pinnacle of rarity. It's a beautiful guitar and plays fast up and down the neck.
